Testing with Us is Simple and Convenient
- Complete the New Client Forms and send them to your QFSL contact. When choosing a payment option for your upcoming testing, please provide references and specify whether you are going with a Credit Card option or Net 30 terms (pay by check, ACH payment, etc.).
- Once we receive your paperwork and your account is set up, we will ship your sampling supplies—typically within a couple of weeks. Supplies are subject to availability and client testing program starting dates. Please communicate ahead of time to share your needs.
- Send us your samples along with the Sample Submission Form/Chain of Custody (COC)
- We receive your samples promptly, provide accurate results, and communicate regularly throughout the process—we’re here to set you up for success!
