John E. Barnett

President of QuanTEM Laboratories

I have been fortunate to work with and learn from some very sharp people. This includes the staff here at QuanTEM many who have been with us for several years. When times are tough, they pick up the pace without being told and move forward.

My past experience with laboratories has not always been a positive experience. In many cases the labs would treat their customers as second-class citizens. Putting in some extra effort to assist their customers was just not in the cards.

Upon coming to QuanTEM we made it a point to know that our customer comes first. They are the reason we all get to sleep inside and enjoy three good meals each day. For the last 30 years we worked diligently to ensure that we are there for you, it’s our job to help you take care of your customer.

Should you have any comments, good or bad, let me know.

Thanks

Dee Ammerman

Vice President of QuanTEM Laboratories

Dee joined the QuanTEM team in 2015 and has worked in the medical and environmental industries for the past 30 years. She has experience in the fields of Microbiology, Asbestos, Environmental Lead and Mold. Her current role involves managing the laboratory and ensuring that the standards of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and those of accrediting organizations are maintained. During her career, Dee has focused on two very important factors, employees and clients. Fostering employee growth, being a mentor, and challenging people to reach their full potential is a critical part of being a leader. Building cohesive bonds reinforces a team environment and allows each employee to see the importance of their contributions to the team. Equally important is treating clients with respect and providing superior customer service. Dee recognizes the value of each client and strives to create and maintain professional relationships.
